Sciatica
Sciatica came from the biggest nerves in human structure, the sciatic nerves. Sciatica implies symptoms aroused by compression on sciatic nerves and also implication that the sciatic nerves networks are impeded.

Sciatica

Symptoms of sciatica are various ranging from numbness, weaknesses, pulling sensations, pains, itchiness, cramp or degeneration of muscles group around thigh and calf.  Sciatica share almost the same symptoms like that of pelvic girdle pain, piriformis muscle syndrome, herniated disc on L3, L4, L5 & S1. It is difficult to really be exact of which is which!

Sciatica does not emerge without reasons, as mentioned the actual cause is that sciatic nerves   being compressed, and that this compression can be from cervical, thoracic, lower back and un-even pelvis or leg length discrepancies.  As simple as it is, the first things to do with those symptoms are to decompress the pressures acting on the sciatic region. The second on the list will be to cut down movements which cause compressions such as long hours of sitting and in-correct sitting postures in particular.

Except for congenital issues such as scoliosis and contingencies effects due to prior injuries on lower back and pelvis, majority of sciatica are results of long history of in-correct body postures, especially bad sitting position, as can be proved by the growing number of younger generations suffering from sciatica. The younger generations who should have been the vibrant and healthy group have recently frequent themselves with the orthopedic, chiropractic, massage and etc.. instead simply because they are suffering with pain due to their incorrect life style and habits like sloughing, slumping, hunching and crossing legs.
